Experience the secrets of prestigious Cognac Normandin-Mercier. The tour lasts around one hour and a tasting session is included in our shop of 3 different qualities of both Cognacs and Pineaux des Charentes. You have to choose the range of cognac tasting you want
- Classic Cognacs: 7.5€ per pers. et 7€ for more than 10 people: Petite Champagne VSOP (7 years old), Vieille Fine Champagne (15 years old), Grande Champagne XO (30 years old)
- Exceptionnal Cognacs: 20€ per pers.: Limited edition Grande Champagne la Péraudière (25 years), Vintage Petite Champagne 1976 (40 years old) and Petite or Grande Champagne Rare (50 years old).
3 . In the path of the cellar master
Experience a unique master class for amateur of visiting cellars and tasting.Technical explanations from the blending to the tasting will allow you to fully understand all the steps of cognac. You will taste the emblematic crus of the cognac house. Then, as an oenologist apprentice, you will implement your own blends to create, under the advice of the maître de chai cellar master, a personal blend according to your tastes and convictions. It will be embottled with a personalized label.

Before you meeting in the Grande Salle, we welcome you around coffee and croissants. Then, just before lunch or at the end of the day work, you will be introduced to tasting of cognacs and Pineaux des Charentes.

2 . Gourmand Experience
Take the time to rediscover your senses with a glass of cognac in the Château de la Péraudière.
This tasting lasts 1 hour and takes place in the cellars and in the previous kitchen of the castle. Three different qualities of cognacs and 3 Pineaux des Charentes will be tasted with dry fruits and bio and fair chocolates made by Julie Bechet from La Cabosse Enchantée.
